Can you do store logo and branding?

Talked with this guy and almost made a deal, these are the least feedback I can give:
Professionalism - 4/5 - his works are amazing, should act a bit more proffesional when trading, could have avoid this miscomfort.
Price - 5/5 - best price in mpgh, he's considerable.
Delivery - 5/5 - If what he's saying is true, 24 hrs average is an amazing delivery time for works like this.
User Service - 3/5 - The seller is indeed friendly and will listen to all your problems. After we have decided about the price and the illustration I want, I sent him the money. When he started working on it he told me the thing I want to illustrate is too complex for the price I paid, and asked to refund me (I can understand that and can't really complain since it was a great price, in the next time think before you take a job, when a seller makes a mistake it shouldn't be on his clients). I couldn't really refuse and took the refund, and as soon as I got it the seller deleted me from its contact.
In general, he is a great guy and a brilliant artist, would recomend buying from him if you have the budget
I could have waited to have more budget and pay you more for this, cant see why you deleted me :/
