Has there ever been a mod to make the beginner gun a better gun? I havent looked around the forums but, I'm just wondering.

and of course it has been made, but remember that you can't increase damage, reduce recoil ( not sure, not everybody agrees ) , change portability and increase accuracy.
you can only mod rate of fire and reload time.
