Websites and .html help me

Ok so you guys know those cool websites with the gangster music and flashy background behind text so i've gathered up a bunch of source codes from tons of sites protected and non protected and when i take the code in a notepad and save it as a html it just shows the html code how do i do it so the css php and js i will send you the source codes if you can help me out btw im not that experienced with web development

You have to run local server
If you are using Windows I suggest you using xampp

Use XAMPP if you need to run any Perl, or WAMP for a simple Apache, MySQL and PHP services.

If XAMPP, put the source files in HTDOCS (I believe that's what it's called)

If WAMP, go into C:/wamp64/www and put the sources in there, then navigate to your virtualhost that you setup.
