Need WH.dll

Hey there, I deleted my WH.dll after it was "patched" when it wasn't and now don't have it. Everyone is saying that it still works, and I'd love to have it. I have searched the forums but every thread does not have the download link

Can anyone please give me a link to download it and also instructions to get the hack working. If anyone could do this it would be great and it would also squash out people begging for hacks and will also help those who don't have WH.dll.
