I don't think any of these will work because it clearly isn't 0xE1900B or C, indicating a ban, but rather failure to update xigncode due to low disk space, or possible anti virus or firewall.
@ezzine1 see if you have low disk space, if you do obvipusly clear some space by uninstalling some useless programs, or disable anti virus and firewalls.
