How to send PMs?

Hello, it says in a red box that I need to have fifteen posts to send PMs or post links. I have more than 15 posts but still can't see how I should send PMs? I need to know this because I bought from someone who has a profile here at MPGH but the account : pass doesn't work. On his profile he states that he has a lot of skype friends so it's better to PM him directly on MPGH to get a quicker response.

You have to wait. But i assume you can pm now?

Post on the user's sales thread if he has one
Post a VM on the user's profile
or, if you feel that you have been scammed, please make a scam report in the Scammer Grave.

If you meet the requirements to PM it should be on their profile, 'Send Private Message' right under their profile picture.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to PM/VM me.
