New MPGH Userbar, made it in a few minutes. Lemme know what you guys think about it.

That's a rough copy for now. Going to add another one with a few effects to it in a few minutes.

i didnt like the stroke on the blue text, i think u would put a gradient on the text
anw, i dont like much userbar

the mpgh.net is too hard to read
