c++ assembly thing

well since im stilla begginner, is there some program i can use to "MAKE HALF" of my progs, like i type sumthin in english or choose certain codes or specifications and the prog type it for me?

also is there such a thing as a c++ to c converter.?

No that's not proper coding, Just made up jumble =D

no like for example instead of getting confused with UNSIGHNED SHORT INT MAIN() bla bla bla , just coose that form a menu and the pc sticks it the right way, where it needs to be.
