Cloud Extract "Waiting for main module" Issue

So I've seen this posted on the cloud extract post and various others but no one seems to respond or have answer so I thought I'd make my own.

So when using the Cloud Extract (All steps followed correctly) and it just spams "Waiting for DBD main module" what is going wrong? Has anyone founda fix for this.

if you have antivirus ON turn off if and try again if not working uninstall it (antivirus)

you may not have all your firewall settings setup correctly, for example, your domain profile may be fine, but you need to turn on the firewall for your private and public domain, too.
