Aim.ware is a scam. They claim their PUBG cheats are "undetected", but it's not, and if you mention any in-game bans or w/e, they will perm ban you from the website.

You can go a regular chargeback. Paypal does not cover digital goods. It should be an easy win. Say you "never received" what you paid for.
