C1083 ERROR

C1083 ERROR
When i try to build a solution for a paste i get a lot of errors like this.
Error C1083 Cannot open include file: 'excpt.h': No such file or directory a perfecthook private

I changed Windows SDK version to latest , i put the correct library patch and include and i changed to release x86.
The first time when i build it worked but now...
