Thread deleted from marketplace
Hello, just need someone to please look into my case of my thread being deleted. It was a Shopify developing service, and one of the mods removed it because of it being an auto-buy. The problem is, the thread has been open for 3-4 months, and then all of a sudden, a mod deletes it without reasoning. I had to ask the mods to find out.
None of the rules state that you can't open a website/Shopify developing service. I process the transactions myself, with no links to auto-buy the service - you can check the thread itself. I have followed all the rules, uploaded screenshots and even offered to carry out a vouch service. I have contacted some mods whom say the thread is not auto-buy, and so they also don't know why the thread was deleted.
Can someone please look into my case as it's currently affecting my sales. I have clients that have been waiting until this issue has been resolved.
