if I had to take a wild guess that sounds like you're trying to connect to the proxy realm meant for proxy hacks.

try going to the server select and making sure you don't have the proxy server option selected.

I think I know what you mean, and no, I'm not trying to connect to the proxy server, I try to do it with the USS, but it still does not let me in

I and many other users can't open the RAR file, it says it's corrupted/damaged. I've tried downloading it several times and used both 7zip and winrar, both say it's a damaged archive. Please upload a zip next time.
