The No Room Restriction hack means that when you want to join a room but it have a restriction like: "only people that have lvl 1-10 can join this room" but you are greater then lvl 10 but if you have enabled the No Room Restriction hack you can join this room or other rooms that have restrictions like: Only Premium can join and others... Also you can search on google

I think it is a pointless feature, if you join a 41+ room and your only level 2 it is obvious that you are a hacker.. There is also other features like "No ping restriction" and "No CQC restriction" which lets you use guns like the HK69 in CQ, that's fun
means like anybody could join so like premium or level 1 or level 40 or any player on War Rock could join.
Its also another form of power levelling
