Help with Proxy

Alright so i’m new here but i need some real help . I need to buy a proxy where it has states and cities. if it doesn’t have cities atleast the state . i need it to be really close to the location i’m looking for . please does anyone know where i can get good proxies .

why do you need to have specific cities?

Well for fraud, police can easily track your internet usage and come here and see your post so they'll have arguments against you.
But yes really weird he wants specific cities.Like fucking proxies are used to get you a random IP with a random location.

Vip72 is decent, can select cities, and find the closest match to an IP you already have. Some of their proxies are blacklisted tho, so you always have to check!
