I got a VAC Ban on my account that I created yesterday. Banisters by Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC)

Steam Support can not remove VAC bans from your account. We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to cheating, even though the ban was the result of a stolen or shared account. You are responsible for the security of your account. It tells me this but look at the end: "even though the ban was the result of a stolen or shared account." What does that mean? I can't show more proof since I am on phone.

I downloaded the latest skin 3.8, I played 2 h and VAC BAN I'm not saying that the creator's fault but you can set [Detected] instead of UNDETECTED.

also from where I used it was great. but on the V3.8 skin I was disappointed, it has not been refined

It's a basic rule of thumb to not use cheats (especially public popular ones) for more than 8-10+ hours after release.

In that case, that was an error upon the cheats author. It happens sometimes and you just have to buy a new acc and move on :P

yes I used but from version 2.5 to 3.8 and the fuck on 3.8 was disappointing because everyone who used it got BANA. maybe it's specially done is not known: /
