Paypal chargebacks

Hey,
I have like 3 different accounts that have negative balances because people chargedback.
Will paypal actually do anything about this?

Your PayPal will be forever negative until you fix it. But no, they won't do anything. There used to be a method where you could duplicate money by charging back with 3 PayPal accounts, but now it'll just get the accounts limited.

I actually had a paypal instance where they sent a debt collection agency after me, but I hadnt done anything wrong so it lead nowhere

You should be fine. They'll just keep sending you emails asking for you to do something about it. Very few cases where they'll send a debt collector to come get it tho.

I just told them I was under the age of 18 and that I was not liable for debt due to my age.

Unless the account was created using your real name and was verified with ID they can't do anything.

I have an account with 2k in negative. It's been more than 3 years now, still nothing. They even stopped sending me emails about it. And I had my real info in it!

just always use stealth accounts and its ok. also under 1000$ negative is nothing
