Just before the Survivor open the Gate, remove your Lan cable, hit the Survivor from the far and plug it in again.
ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU HIT THE SURVIVOR FROM THE FAR!

With totems fixed, but with gates and hook not fixed. Wtf?
@Sergey_26rus the hook is mostly fixed, but it just needs more timeluck for the hook thing. xd
