i have used Multihack, no aimbot, not use recoil or spread, no damage, i only use ESP, but detected by pb, i think they ban u by IP address. Banned 2 ac that i use extream head shot, but 1 ac totally no aimbot (nothing except ESP), but pb said multihack, I am not sure did they can see our screen? if we use ESP

No, it is not safe to use multihacks for BF 4. There are so many issues for the gamer who have used the BF4 multihacks. So, it is advisible not to use these kind of hacks. Or else your account will be banned.
