Are multihacks safe nowadays?

i have used Multihack, no aimbot, not use recoil or spread, no damage, i only use ESP, but detected by pb, i think they ban u by IP address. Banned 2 ac that i use extream head shot, but 1 ac totally no aimbot (nothing except ESP), but pb said multihack, I am not sure did they can see our screen? if we use ESP
