I need a Sig

I am having a shit load of problem makeing my own sig so I'd like someone else to do it for me I have a picture for the background

I want bottom right to say XxXOMEGAXxX in bright red
and the top right to say I mod you Pwn again in bright red make it the maximum alowed size pls TY

Correct format please?
