I think refunders should start doing this...

If i do make a comeback, I will stop using skpye and I think all the refunders should too... Now hear me out, I get it, skype is easy to use and it has everything but so does telegram and the only reason telegram is better is because they have END-TO-END-ENCRYPTION, that's the only think skype lacks and in our line of work, I honestly believe END-TO-END-ENCRYPTION should be a priority.

Telegram is available on every platform there is and they even have a online based app so you wouldn't need to download any of the apps:

I would only use telegram but most sellers who have both dont even respond on telegram.

I get most of the business is on skype so we have to all agree to switch at once.

I am actually going to look into this, does it work the same way as skype, how is it with vpns, any lag with it? how secure am I really with making an account there, also clients? Can messages be deleted? do you know if they save deleted messages in database? this is all very important

As someone who studies CS, I completely agree, however Skype is convenient and unless most refunders specifically list that line of contact on their thread (Jabber, Telegram etc) then it most likely won't be requested.

I do think majority of refunders should start looking into offering different lines of communication and by doing that, Skype can be slowly weeded out in due time when people get used to contacting refunders on other platforms.
