Tutorial:

1. Extract Speed Lag.bat on desktop and open it.
2. Start SF normally
3. Enjoy shooting enemies! xD "

this might help:
1.Open ijji reactor, log in and go to the soldierfront page on reactor
2. Open the speed lag.bat file
3.press game start
4. PLAY

so basically your pinging ijji servers....

exactly..ping spiking urself and others (in a way) 2 make it easier to shoot ppl
