PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!

I DONT KNOW how to use K Relay!!!, i have a hacked client with no debuffs, but i also want to use k relay but idk how? i read some tutorials about but idk i cant understand a shit it says i have to have a hacked client opened in my flash player and i already have it! i have a nodebuff x23.0.0 client, but k relay commands wont work on it, what I HAVE TO DO? PLEASE HELP
