Hej, Your error may be related to admin features, even as admin sometimes a application can not right to C:/ , I have the problem on my Win 7 Laptop.

Possibly, Windows Vista and 7 have hidden admin features, unlock them log in as admin to check, if it still doesn't work it's a issue with source, you may want to search, i wrote a quick modification to force admin to use an application using OS check, This way if it is Vista and Above it requires admin, either that or modify the code to work with any user by placing the saved file in the special folder user documents.
