Remove 2FA?

I reset my phone, so I lost google authenticator's recovery code and I can't log-in to my account.. Can you help me to remove 2fa?
I still have access my email. Please help me.
let me know what other proof/info I need.
When I enable 2FA do not copy or save anything, that's why I come here, I can still access my email.
