You did it a second time on a separate thread. Rule applies across all threads. Not sure whats confusing you here. I'll reiterate the rule for you one more time. You can only bump your thread once every 24 hours. This means you can only comment once your last post is dated "1 Day Ago". If you need to reply to a question, do so via Private Message or through Skype. If you need to confirm your identity with someone, do so via the Thanks button. Report closed.
