[KRelay] Mila (Fixed)
Mila is a compilation of features to improve the ROTMG experience.

Options:
AntiLag - blocks unnecessary packets
AutoLOD - checks if you said a color, and automatically says it immediately after the LOD question (don't ruin lods for other people)
AutoOryxUnpause - checks if you're paused when Oryx announces, automatically unpauses you after 9 seconds
AutoRespond - autoresponds to craig, cem, thessal

BlockSpamCrash - blocks trade request crashes
CommandGuard - blocks unrecognized commands from being sent to ROTMG's server (like /bbind or /ccchelp), and common mistypes like "g <text>" and sentences with a space at the front
LogChat - logs chat to chat.txt in the KRelay directory

NotifyBags - notifies you of a white bag, and lists the contents to you in chat
NotifyMemory - upon entering a map, notifies you if your client has reached a set memory threshold. (default: 1000MB)
NotifyNexus - provides an auditory notification if you've entered the nexus
NotifyNexusPlayerWave - provides an auditory notification if a specified amount of players enter the Nexus within 1 second. (default: 10)
NotifyPrivateMessage - provides an auditory notification if you are messaged
NotifyVial - tells you who picked up the vial at Cultist Hangout, and who has entered the map with vial in their inventory
SpellColorRandomizer - changes the color of some spells
