If devs ban all those who hacked in the smallest degree, this game will die. I can honestly say that more than 70% of players hack in this game.

Last 24h-peak was 20k players. Currently it is 16k and it is still falling.

I am honestly wondering whether or not to abandon this game, although I have not been banned. With each patch is getting worse. Road map of this game is a joke (they will still only add new killers and survi...)

70%? Did you have this dream? Evidence? I can say for sure that if they eliminate the possibility of hacking the game, I'll go into it more often, and also advise it to buy to my friends. Much nicer to play, knowing that there is not a cloud of players with cheats and exploits. That's what really raises online, not cheaters.

They have made a mistake when Banning people for hacking Legacys, DLC's, Cosmetics, Exclusives ...

Now they want to amend it in two ways:

1) Punish truly those who use a Wallhack (because these players do not have skills and resort to traps altering the dynamics of the game in their favor)

2) They will reward the advance of the players, stopping doing exclusive or paid things, and making them not only payment but unlockable free when achievements are achieved.

I would dare to say that the third will be Workshop of the game, and you can modify aesthetically thousands of things.

My point was that your "70% of population is hacking" is a very big overestimation.

It's like if I said, 70% of the DbD players are in the 20-10 range. Many with 100hrs or less of play.

Which is also a mistake, because that is possibly the real number of "novice" or casual players. This type of players do not usually dedicate hours to the game, much less to hack.

But everything is hypothesis. I'm really not sure how many people hack this game, and if it does so much, it may be for aesthetic, exclusive, addons or perks.

In short, a test to refer to the error of "70%" is that the Steam forums have much more activity than a hack forum.
