I was interested too and still am.
But since i couldn't find anyone willing to do it decided to do it on my own.
So a few tips for guys attempting Google Store De.
1) Empty Box isn't an easy one to pull of, you will be asked to get pictures of the box, pictures of the shipping label and expect a courier investigation that might take 3-5 business days. If you chat up the rep you will understand that something like this is highly unusual and it gets resolved by Google contacting DHL and getting the accurate weight the day of the delivery. (Unfortunately it's not like US in any way we can't avoid this)
2) DNA only works when you have fake signed, which even though i am not German seems close to impossible for reships, since for some fucked up reason the German reships i used sign the parcel in the receivers name. So a parcel addressed to X is signed by X which makes the procedure difficult. We need more insight on this.
3) Refunders here do not do Google EU since it will lead to investigation, it is time consuming, callbacks will be required until a resolution is given. They offered this service 4 weeks ago that empty box was easy to pull off in Google Store EU.
At the moment i have one failed and one 2,5K still "pending resolution". I will update as soon as i receive a response.
Kindly keep in mind:
1. we have to return the items back within 14 days
2. There is a possibility of the return label being recalled from Google store reps due to the "investigation being still open"
3. There is an outrageous restocking fee for the pixels
4. As soon as Google receives the return it takes ±15 days to process the refund. (too many returns they say)
