Paypal Error

Has anyone gotten this error before?

yes i ran into this before. It could be that your paypal is brand new made and you will have to wait for a day before sending money. But you can also bypass that by adding a card and confirming your email and phone number

you've triggered some security check , do not try to send the payment again your account might get limited . You need to wait 48-72 hour and try again

Sometimes sending a smaller payment will work and alleviate the issue PayPal is just a mess in general

I've called PayPal before regarding this. They explained that it's their system's security check, and that they can't do anything about it, but to wait a couple days before trying. It usually works for me after that.
