Question regarding ebay

So, I got scammed on ebay, I sold a graphics card, 25 days later he made a claim saying its faulty (it wasnt), he sent me back a broken gpu, not even the one I sent him and got a refund through paypal after ebay rejected his claims. Anyhow, i have a negative balance which im gonna arrange to pay in £10 installments.

So my question is, I want to sell on my ebay acc in the meantime, if i setup a new paypal in my friends name and make my payments go into his acc will i get any issues?

Obviously i cant use my current pp as its -300 currently.

from my experience, I think they will link your paypals.

Never sell something on ebay which you can't afford to lose, to scam and steal things like gpu is easy as fk for pretty much anyone with more then 50IQ...
As for question there will be no problem as it will look like your friend are selling right now they don't care about that because they will still get their cut and if things goes wrong they will do same to your friends bank account...
