needs help plz

whenever i try to download anythin of this website when i choose to save it in my desktop or whever my computer freezes and i have to restart it i have a vista 32 bit if u can help plz do

lol u need 2 update vista make sure all updates are in xD ur prolly missing silverlight update or a java
