Steroids.
Doubtful, you'd get put on TRT by an Endocrinologist and they'd do like 100-200mg/week which doesn't put you into supraphysiological levels IIRC. 250mg+ and above will raise your testosterone ng/dl into supraphysiological levels. Also, depending on the TRT they will likely have you pin only once a week and that results in level fluctuations.
It can accelerate (?) male pattern baldness
Hormonal fluctuations/high aromatization can result in a multitude of things like acne, joint problems, gyno, mood swings, etc.
Increases RBC and with extended use results in heart stress (steroid users are at an increased risk for heart attacks, strokes)
Possible HPTA damage (HPTA shut down if testosterone is administered exogenous)
And one of the more controversial/understudied downsides: infertility. In comparison to everything else infertility as a downside/consequence of AAS is something I don't know much about.
Some aren't even downsides, they're merely things you have to control. For example controlling aromatization comes down to AI dosage and a user's aromatization. Some people get gyno on merely 500mg/week and some don't even have to use an AI at that dose.

Ahaha.. Why ?
I'm sure you will regret it. But you must have a reason to take them.
Be careful

These aren't even the major downsides of gear with other implications. These are things that you can control. HCG would control infertility and testicle atrophy. I did a broad stroke of general downsides that people should consider before doing it but many of them are very nominal. There's a reason there's been countless studies on gear and they all suggest they're relatively safe.
Good long term decisions
don't use roids they will kill your heart
