When i play with my mods, it seems like whenever i use a gun with an adjusted fire rate i seem to get noreg 80% of the time
eg. m14-m416 camo mod, i pop off 5 bullets that all hit while the target is still alive
m14-40-48 damage

Because it don't change firerate. Fires blanks. IMO

/facepalm.. whoever made it specified clearly that it makes it shoot faster as it changes its RoF

nope, some of my mods dont and sometimes my l9 does noreg even though its not a mod
m60-mp7 works nicely and they die in 1sec :3

Maybe... Just maybe modding has no point. Maybe it only changes with knife because it doesn't shoot bullets. :0

But yes rof does change. Others can hear the increased fire speed but can't see it.
Take the l96 to g36 for example. You will hear a very obvious sound at a very fast rate.
