Would this be wise?

would it be ok to drop a crap load of money buy loads of houses vehicles etc then after 2 week ban i have everything and can sell cars for back up money?

It would be more wise for you to read R* ban policy and find doing this is very very very very big mistake you don't get 2 week ban any more you get one month ban with full account reset. So no it's definitely not wise
