remove HWID

He does not find me starting as a murderer and when I play as a survivor when he gets me into the game he disconnects me, can someone help me change it?

If its saying '' canceled matchmaking '' when trying to create a lobby as killer you are probably banned.
Unfortunately from what I know you cannot bypass the ban.
If this is the only account you have, and the only account you got ban you are not HWID banned ( you have to get 3 permanent bans for HWID)
You should be able to play if you buy the game again on other account.
