IOS Refund, Again.

Have an apple id thats a couple days old, no purchases. safe to do a $60 refund on it? or do you think they are gonna decline it?

As long as it's not a refund that was recent, then yes. If you need help with the refund hmu on skype

Someone on here said that they only allow refunds twice per device regardless if you change ID.
I personally have tried to refund on a device that's been refunded on a few times and every-time I make a new ID now it gets disabled upon trying to purchase
