❓ Help with Corsair

One of my Keys from my K70 stopped working and I wanted to make use of my warranty. So far so good, I opened up a ticket. But now they want me to show them my invoice. However, I refunded it from Amazon and dont have any bill left. How should I proceed further? They just need a bill, should I get someone to Photoshop one with my S/N?

They wrote:
"attach a copy of your invoice and once validated, we will process an RMA request for it."

Also I they keyboard is qwerty but I need an qwertz one. Is it somehow possible that if they RMA it to get me a qwertz one?

You could just swap the keys to get your desired layout. Its a mechanical keyboard right?

You can still use the receipt you have from amazon. You can click on print/view invoice and take a screenshot of that.
Use inspect elements on Google Chrome to remove anything unwanted or to change the dates.

Also, you can request them for the qwertz keyboard. I dont think it matters to them.

i didnt have any problems getting an rma label by using the inspect element invoice
