I also agree that the name could be better, and a more modern design would make sense.
Would you consider adding a way for the buyer to finalise the escrow early?

Why is it an advertisement on MPGH that flows with other general ads? Surely it should have a permanent slot and not run through the reel with others.

Don't agree with this being the only autobuy allowed if you are going to make money off of it. Monopoly = Bad.
