I'm sure you're aware that it needs more categories and also those who paid premium or premselr or so will have top in the list or some special tag in on their product to further instil their credibility to customers otherwise they will just be labelled as a random "non-serious" person selling on npcvend.

That's my thoughts tho.

alot of people are having issues paying where the payment doesn't confirm by 30 mins but the btc is still send so they lose their money do you know why this is?

I've heard a couple complaints. Usually they send under the required amount, occasionally there is a glitch. They should use the contact form.

I need to make a small update to allow people a chance to send the correct amount, but I'm sort of busy with other upgrades and features, but I'll prioritize it over the other stuff because people losing their payments and not understanding why is an issue.

also i know it says "Payouts are temporarily delayed while the payout system is overhauled. ETA before 6/15."
but have you got any updates for us because i have money waiting to be withdrawn and i dont want to wait a long time

Working on overhauling the payment system after I fix this issue with buyers. Half way done with the payment system.

Complaints tab needs some adjusting. When I add a message to the sale asking how their satisfaction was; it creates an entire complaint on me with the buyer. Needs to be a messaging tab for sellers to message their buyers without creating a complaint.

Also need some pre clicking icons telling me whether the complaint is OPEN(Green Dot)/CLOSED(Lock)/ESCALATED(Upwards Arrow)

There also needs to be some indication to buyers that escalating a case to a moderator is only a last resort if the buyer and seller can't come up with an agreement.
