Helpbanned

This is not a ban for cheating but a like an admin ban so if i change my ip will i be unbanned or do rust servers use your steam id to ban you please help i just wanna play with my friends

They use your IP mainly, but I'm pretty sure they ban your Steam ID as well.

Its an ip cause i got banned on a server for 1 day went on a alt got that banned, then used a ip and i was able to join on a third alt account
