Unless you've been reported a lot. It's incredibly unlikely.

You should be safe, unless you get a lot of reports, or you forget to bypass EAC when modifying savefile. It's possible that in the future, the devs will make something to detect huge amounts of items, which might result in a ban, so be careful.
