Unfortunately, due to the ban wave that happened on Wednesday (April 25th). I was one of the people who was affected. Along with a close friend of mine who was permanently banned by EAC when he has literally done NOTHING to his save file.

Anyway;

Since I'm banned, I asked another close friend of mine to log into my account so that he could access my library. And, I specifically wanted him to tell me if Dead by Daylight was available in my library without using GreenLuma Reborn.

This means that if you're just EAC banned. You can just make an alternate account and Family share with yourself on the banned account. Unfortunately, he's unable to launch to the game's menu because of how bad his computer is. If someone can inform me if you're able to join a lobby as Survivor or create a lobby as Killer after you've done the process I just explained. That would be much appreciated.

This also means that you don't have to waste $20 every fucking time. Pretty cool, right ?

... Wish I knew this before I spent $20 on a new copy of the game, but eh. I guess it doesn't matter. The more people they ban, the more money they get by people repurchasing the game.

When you try play DBD on another account with family share, this second account also will be banned after about 6 hours of playing.

Your friend has not banned because he did not play the match. EAC only scans you in the lobby.

I tried this because I had dbd family shared to my backup account, so I added dbd again with greenluma and started it. Was working fine but when I clicked "any button to play" it tells me that it is "unable to connect to online services". Just me?

EAC on DBD works very selectively. One of my friends also received a ban, although he never hacking and is 100% clean. He even contacted Valve, but they replied that - "do not interfere with the ban on external games."

It seems to me that EAC at your friend could have detected some program that he considered a hack. Remember that when EAC works (with DBD), it scans all processes. This way, for example, it detects instantaneously CE, even if you do not use it in the game.
