Undoing Langfix?

Ever since I did the langfix to make certain clients work, my controller I use on Steam hasn't worked properly on my PC. Could this have anything to do with the langfix applied to my C drive/how do I undo the langfix just to check?

i'm pretty sure langfix doesn't have anything to do with your controller... it shouldn't anyway , but to 'undo' it , go to Control Panel > Flash Player > Advanced > Trusted Location Settings and click on the C:\ and remove it
