Like I said you in msn you can't edit recoil with HexEdit...
Its impossible dude.....If its possible, others would already have released it..
well ok i get that from the first person that said that but what about the fire rate?

Fire rate isn't changed by hex codes it's by switching models. So you have to switch the entire hex code between certain files to make a switch..
