What he MEANT to say is that someone may have been able to fix their hack so it was no longer detectable...or they could have found a new way to do it.
But I really don't see the point in a speed hack, unless it's letting me shoot 50 bullets on 0 recoil in 1 second...THAT would be boss, not running all over the place and getting stuck somewhere or ramming into walls trying to cross the map.....

speed hack is server side if i remeber rigth
