Looking for "hacker"

Is anyone here capable of joining my server and just giving me a bunch of stuff?
I will be paying with paypal for this service

To do that, you have to either get the developer of the server to install a poison plugin, hack the minecraft panel/actual server by cracking their ftp pass or panel pass, or hack their minecraft account... All of these are super difficult (besides the poison plugin thing). Its easy if the devs are dumb af
