It's not a fail necessarily. But that's more a semi-fail to me, would suggest calling and trying again, rep mightce sucked.

Could be a fail, could also not be a fail. I'd probably going again just in case.

no its not a fail. generally just the first step they do. i went through it also. thts more if empty box reason is used. they will investigate yes. they will say carrier confirmed tht weight was matched with wat they shipped out with. stick to ur story and be adamant. replacement will be sent out in tht case not refund. u can always return replacement for full amount

I mean the method actually did leak like a week ago. Few people even measaged me the method. But looks like he has given up and even if he's right he's just gonna get banned
