Does eBay link PayPal's?

Hello.

I had a legit PayPal personal and business account at my current home address. My personal PayPal got banned for refunding too much, as a result, they also closed my PayPal business account as they linked it. Issue is, I regularly sell on eBay, and eBay needs a PayPal account to pay out too. I can't get my PayPal account unlimited, I've already spoken to PayPal and they said it was final, however a family member has a secondary legitimate PayPal account they've never used, which is registered at their address, different to mine, but has been used here on this IP plenty of times, so IP alone should not be enough to get the account banned. I was considering if I could use their PayPal account to accept payments for my eBay sales, however the big question is whether eBay will link PayPal's and if this will lead to their secondary and hence likely their main PayPal account also getting banned for accepting payments from my eBay. Hoping for any advice I can get with this. I would like to pursue this so that I can continue to sell easily on eBay but I don't want to wind up accidentally fucking over a family member for doing me a favour and offering to accept the payments.

Yeah, I'd bet it gets banned but who really knows with PayPal. Did you get banned for doing chargeback refunds or legit refunds through eBay?

eBay doesn't linked PayPal accounts, they're a separate company now. Used eBay for years, 6 months ago my PP got limited, created new one and linked to eBay. All is good
