DHGATE!

Has anyone been able to refund them?? If so. How?? Im planning to try to refund them on some fake S9+ galaxys.

Report it as counterfeit to DhGate??

Whoa partner your over thinking it. Just go with a DNA or empty packaging. Use charge backs as your last resort.

DHGATE wont fall for that.

They weigh the packages. DHL. and DHGATE gets that info.

ive never had a package from DHgate say it was delivered, the tracking never updated after it leaves china

DHgate is easy if you know how to do it. I usally buy bongs from the website then say they broke and upload a pic of a similar looking bong thats broken. takes forever to get a refund but I have every time.

I tried both methods for DHG and none of them worked. Asians are not that dumb on that site.

I forgot to say my items were under $50. They reply to chargebacks, there's not much you can do. Find elsewhere.

Im having to buy something there regardless. So what im thinking is to go with the fake counterfeit reason. Because they are not allowed to sell counterfeit items. If they deny my refund. then try a chargeback. if that fails. Oh well.

It will faill .. DHGate is hard , try with banggood

Only way is chargeback but i wouldnt waste a chargeback for some crappy fake shit.

i have my own issue in dealing with an actual issue and being forced to chargeback

Last time I tried dhgate it was hard

charge back is the easiest way. Your CC company know's dhgate sells counterfeit goods. Most you have to do is ship them a box back with a rock inside but keep the tracking info.
