I tried both methods for DHG and none of them worked. Asians are not that dumb on that site.

I forgot to say my items were under $50. They reply to chargebacks, there's not much you can do. Find elsewhere.

Im having to buy something there regardless. So what im thinking is to go with the fake counterfeit reason. Because they are not allowed to sell counterfeit items. If they deny my refund. then try a chargeback. if that fails. Oh well.

Only way is chargeback but i wouldnt waste a chargeback for some crappy fake shit.

ive never had a package from DHgate say it was delivered, the tracking never updated after it leaves china

DHgate is easy if you know how to do it. I usally buy bongs from the website then say they broke and upload a pic of a similar looking bong thats broken. takes forever to get a refund but I have every time.

charge back is the easiest way. Your CC company know's dhgate sells counterfeit goods. Most you have to do is ship them a box back with a rock inside but keep the tracking info.
